Order Processing
All products are made to order through our production partner Printful. Products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary by destination but typically range from:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 5–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand. Review current options at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return and Refund Policy
Because our products are made to order, our return policy is limited to cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.
Made-to-Order Products
All items are produced specifically for each order by Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, and/or color preference changes. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to allow time for us to process the claim with Printful. Claims deemed an error may be covered by us or by Printful’s policies. Include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
